Buffet Party Table
Group Dining Table

Food & drink

If you’re the sort of person, like Phia, who wants to plan what they are eating, here are the details….

There will be a South African harvest table early afternoon. It is planned and presented using the South Africa 7 colours meals concept - it is a tradition that celebrates the multicultural nature of South African society and means that 7 different colours of food will be on a plate of food on Sundays and important holidays. We opted for black, white/beige, red, green, orange, brown and yellow and the food will be presented in these colours.

Then in the evening we have posh baked potatoes from Spud-Buds in Ayrshire with different versions to choose from:

The Filthy

Thai chicken, cheese, bacon and chillies

The Belter (v)

Vegetarian Haggis, cheese, pepper sauce and crispy onions

The Classic

3 cheese mix and beans

We will also then be bringing

Vegan chicken, coleslaw, vegan cheese and tuna mayo and this gives all the people with dietary requirements even more choices.

We have atleast 2 choices for everyone with a dietary requirement.

Plenty of options also for the kids.

After a drinks reception there will be a ‘cash bar’ although I am sure the bar

service folk will be happy to take

electronic payments.

There will also be plenty of hot drinks to sample, teas, coffee, chai
